Polarité is a legacy we are proud of, a story and a promise.

Polarité is the digital brand of the Profile communications agency (which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2025), an independent digital communications agency.

Polarité is our promise to you to be confident and convincing, to be experts and attentive to your needs, to be passionate about the mysteries of the future, but resolutely focused on the well-being of the connected human.

From why to because
Taking care of your digital presence is a given today. However, faced with increasingly short innovation cycles, many brands have launched themselves without a strategy.

Beyond mimicry, and before laying the first digital stone, it is important to know why and how to develop your digital presence.

Our job is to question this “why” and find an answer together. This will be followed by the construction or optimization of the digital ecosystem so that the “because” can have the best possible visibility.

Once ecosystems have been optimized (the form), it becomes essential to look to the future (the substance).

While the future looks set to be more digitalized than ever, we are convinced that communication must refocus on its primary objective: connecting people.

Progress, and more broadly change, has always been a source of anxiety. This is nothing new. However, we are now witnessing a pivotal period of technological progress.

The role of technological progress and innovation must be to help humans and offer them a better life.
But is this always the case?

We support companies in advising and implementing their communication strategy, promoting the dissemination of messages via their digital ecosystem. To do this, the agency positions itself as an expert in today’s technologies, while looking to those of tomorrow, to meet the needs of connected humans.

In a society where innovation is outpacing its own ability to regulate and embrace it, it is up to communication, its experts, and its spokespersons to ensure that its function is respected.

Our role is therefore to ensure that the polarization between humans and innovation remains positive: innovation must cost humans less than it brings them.

To this end, since 2024, we have been promoting the idea of Responsible Social Media: publish less, but publish better, focus on impact, don’t speak without adding value—that is our approach.
