This new service from Polarité and Profile is based on a simple observation: companies increasingly need to recruit experts in digital communication. That’s a fact.

To do so, you can contact a recruitment agency that is experienced in recruitment and identifying relevant profiles. But how many recruiters are themselves experts in technical digital professions? Far fewer.

That’s why, to meet this real need, we are launching our latest service: the recruitment of digital profiles, directly at your company.

Requirements and advice

Following an initial briefing (needs, profiles, background, etc.), we hold a workshop to define the requirements and answer questions to ensure that we fully understand what talent your team is lacking.
We then draft the offer and design the related exercises.

Recruitment process

Once the job offer has been published on the platforms, we manage the necessary advertising to boost the offer.
When we have received enough profiles, we create a tier list, contact the best profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess digital and technical skills, tool proficiency and soft skills.
Finally, we conduct second interviews with a limited selection of profiles to test their skills.

Selection and recommendation

Once we are confident that we have found your future employee, we will share a shortlist of two to three profiles with you.
Finally, we will produce a document presenting the profiles (CVs + exercises) along with our analysis, advice and recommendation.
